Blue Moon Gin – 60ml

Jaamun syrup – 30-35ml

Fresh lime juice – 20ml

Chaat masala – 1⁄2 bar spoon

Black salt – pinch

Method
METHOD
In a shaker, combine Blue Moon Gin, jaamunsyrup, fresh lime juice, chaat masala, and a pinch of black salt. Add ice and shake vigorously to mix the flavours.
Rim an old-fashioned glass with a blend of chaat masala and salt. Fill the glass with ice.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
GARNISH
Chaat masala–salt rim, lime slice or jaamun. Serve chilled for a tangy, spiced twist on a gin cocktail.
