Ashok Jain

Chairman & Founder, NV Group

 

Ashok Jain is a pioneering entrepreneur and industry veteran with over three decades of experience in the alcohol sector. As the Founder and Chairman of NV Group, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s evolution from a modest retail operation into one of India’s largest and most respected spirits conglomerates.

Under his leadership, NV Group expanded its presence across manufacturing, distribution, and brand development, building a diverse portfolio of successful IMFL and premium products. Ashok’s strategic foresight and commitment to excellence have positioned the Group as a dominant player in the Indian alcobev industry, with a growing international footprint.

He remains deeply involved in the Group’s global expansion plans, driving innovation and quality while upholding the legacy of trust and performance that has defined NV Group since its inception.

Varun Jain

CEO Founder, Smoke Lab

 

Varun Jain is a new-generation business leader with a global outlook and a passion for innovation. As Chief Innovation Officer and the visionary behind Smoke Lab Vodka, he is redefining the Indian premium spirits landscape through bold ideas, sustainable practices, and design-led branding.

After graduating from the University of Wales, Cardiff, Varun joined the family business in 2007, bringing a contemporary perspective to legacy operations. He went on to launch Smoke Lab Vodka—India’s first premium domestic vodka—which has earned international acclaim and is now available across key global markets, including the U.S., UAE, and Southeast Asia.

Under his leadership, NV Group is set for significant expansion, with upcoming launches in gin, beer, and single malt categories, all underpinned by his vision for responsible luxury and carbon-neutral production.
