Ingredients

  • Blue Moon Gin – 50ml

  • Homemade mango purée – 30-40ml

  • Sugar syrup – 15ml

  • Basil leaves – 5-6

  • Top up – Ginger ale

Method

    1. In a shaker, add Blue Moon Gin, homemade mango purée, sugar syrup, and fresh basil leaves. Gently muddle the basil, then add ice and shake well.

    2. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger ale for a refreshing fizz.
