METHOD
In a shaker, add Blue Moon Gin, homemade mango purée, sugar syrup, and fresh basil leaves. Gently muddle the basil, then add ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger ale for a refreshing fizz.
GARNISH
Basil sprig, diced mango cubes. Serve chilled for a tropical twist on a classic gin serve.
