Amit Swing is a seasoned operations leader with over 23 years of cross-industry experience spanning Insurance, Banking, Finance, and the Alcohol sector. A postgraduate in Finance & Control from the Institute of Finance & Management, Lucknow University, he began his career with Birla Sunlife Distribution, gaining early exposure to insurance and mutual fund services. He later held key roles at Bajaj Finance and HDFC Bank, building a strong foundation in financial services.

In 2007, Amit transitioned into the alcohol industry, where he has since held a range of leadership roles across Accounts, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Today, as Senior Vice President – Operations at NV Group, he oversees the day-to-day functioning of core departments including HR, Administration, Production, and Sales. With over 18 years at the group, Amit is known for his cross-functional expertise, pragmatic leadership, and ability to drive alignment across teams—making him a trusted problem-solver and operational anchor within the organisation.
