Ramesh Chandra Gaudo is a seasoned alcohol technologist with over 31 years of expertise in blending and product development across leading distilleries and breweries. He holds a certification from the International Centre for Brewing and Distilling (Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK) in Scotch whisky distilling, blending, and maturation. Throughout his career, he has crafted distinctive blends of whisky, brandy, gin, rum, vodka, RTDs, and single malts that have given brands a competitive edge and enriched portfolios in both domestic and international markets.

In his current role as Senior Vice President – Operations (Bottling & Blending) at NV Group, he is dedicated to driving brand development and elevating product quality to consistently deliver exceptional consumer experiences while upholding the company’s stringent quality standards. Renowned for his creative approach to blending and his ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, Ramesh has a rich track record of past achievements, including the development of Indri-Trini, Indri-DRU Cask Strength, Indri Peated PX-Sherry Diwali Collector’s Edition, Camikara 12YO Rum, and Whistler Whisky at Piccadilly Agro Industries Ltd.; Legend Premium Whisky, GS Genius Whisky, and Black Fort Rum at Som Distilleries Ltd.; as well as quality enhancements in Hunter Beer and Aristocrat Vodka.
