Method
METHOD
In a shaker, combine Blue Moon Gin, homemade all-spice syrup, and honey syrup. Add ice and shake gently to infuse the warm, spiced flavours.
Strain the mixture into a snifter glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger ale for a light, effervescent finish.
GARNISH
Cinnamon stick, star anise. Serve chilled for a smooth, aromatic cocktail with a spiced warmth.
